Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $600–$900 per week (based on experience) + performance bonuses

- Manage a weekly pool service route, including cleaning and maintenance
- Perform equipment diagnostics and complete repair tasks
- Maintain proper water chemistry for each pool
- Keep your truck stocked with chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Track and replenish inventory as needed
- Use a smartphone to manage daily tasks through the PoolOps platform
- Identify upsell opportunities such as equipment upgrades or service enhancements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using mobile apps and technology in the field
- Weekly pay: $600–$900 based on experience
