This position is responsible for delivering excellent on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to each assigned customer. You will also diagnose equipment issues and provide solutions while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

What You'll Do
- Manage a weekly pool service route, including cleaning and maintenance
- Perform equipment diagnostics and complete repair tasks
- Maintain proper water chemistry for each pool
- Keep your truck stocked with chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Track and replenish inventory as needed
- Use a smartphone to manage daily tasks through the PoolOps platform
- Identify upsell opportunities such as equipment upgrades or service enhancements
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using mobile apps and technology in the field
